Our team is split between our two main offices, which are located in Ultimo (Sydney) and Mayfield West (Newcastle), and our smaller satellite offices in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane), Canberra and Adelaide. Please check the job details, as the working location can be dependent on the position.
Integrated Energy Advisor Role x2
Brisbane and Adelaide
We have two Integrated Energy Advisor roles available, with one based in Brisbane and one based in Adelaide. These are sales roles and you’d be responsible for generating and driving increased sales of infra-tech energy and battery solutions, seeking every opportunity possible to convert leads from enquiries into sales and ongoing referrals for additional solar and battery sales.
Industry knowledge and excellent communication and customer service skills are required in this role, along with a minimum of 4 years sales experience.
Customer Support Role
We have a Customer Support Officer role available in our Newcastle office. This is a customer service role where you’d be the primary contact for existing customers and the responder to general incoming calls.
Ideally, you’d be a 4th year electrical student or you’d have a degree in engineering or science. Experience in a customer orientated environment is required, along with excellent communication and strong team skills.
Installations Support Role
We have an Installations Support Officer role available in our Newcastle office. This is a role where you’d be working with installation technicians to develop and continually refine the installation and customer experience process and systems, in addition to duties such as preparing site assessments, stock management and managing the installation process for customers.
Ideally, you’d be a 4th year electrical student or you’d have a degree in engineering or science. Experience in AutoCAD is essential, and excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively is required. Experience working with contractors is highly desirable.
Sales Development Representative Role
We have a Sales Development Representative role available in our Newcastle office. This role is a key function for our inside sales team, where you’d be responsible for managing inbound leads with the aim of moving them into and through the sales funnel. Experience in sales and working in a fast-paced sales environment is essential, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills, so that you can work effectively with customers and the internal team.
You should be comfortable with both phone and face-to-face sales activities, and be able to proficiently qualify each lead. This is a permanent role and may involve travel.
